1. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start: Clients may cancel the project before any work begins and receive a full refund of the advance.

After Project Commencement: If the project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following terms:

No refund will be provided for completed work.

For milestone-based projects, refunds will not be issued for completed and approved milestones.

For digital design or downloadable content, once delivered, no refunds will be granted.
3. Project Delays
If delays are caused by the client (non-responsiveness, delay in providing content, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or pause the project. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of a disagreement, we encourage open communication. If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, it may be escalated through appropriate legal channels.
