1. Services Offered

Webfinity Infotech provides web design, development, and graphic design services. The scope of services will be defined in the project proposal or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear and timely communication.
Supply all necessary content (text, images, etc.) for the project.
Review and approve drafts in a timely manner.

3. Payments

Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Projects begin only after an advance payment is received.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final design and website unless otherwise stated.
Webfinity Infotech retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Revisions & Edits

Minor revisions are included in the project scope.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.
